Castles and Adventures Travel (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website. This policy covers information collected through our website and contact form, and the information we use to respond to your travel inquiry. It does not govern the separate privacy practices of travel suppliers or websites we link to.

Information we collect
When you submit a travel inquiry, we collect your name, email address, and destination interest. You may also provide a phone number, approximate travel timing, party size, budget range, and details in your message, including information about your family or accessibility needs. Please share only details relevant to your request; do not send payment card numbers, passport numbers, or other sensitive documents through this form.
Our website and hosting services may also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and the date and time of access. If you communicate with us after the initial inquiry, we may retain those communications and the information you choose to provide.

How we use it
We use your information to answer your inquiry, understand your travel preferences, prepare recommendations and quotes, and—if you choose to book with us—help arrange and support your vacation. We also use information as needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website and to maintain business records.
Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list. If we introduce optional promotional emails in the future, we will explain that separately and provide a way to opt out.

Retention and security
We keep inquiries and related communications for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide travel services, maintain records, and meet applicable obligations. Copies may also exist in email, automation systems, or backups for a period of time. We do not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion period to inquiries.
We use HTTPS for this website and restrict public access to saved inquiries. No online service or method of storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or ask a question about how we handle your information. Use our contact form and write “Privacy request” in the message. If a destination is required, select “Not sure yet.” We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing a record. Some information may need to be kept for legal or business recordkeeping reasons.
If you prefer not to share optional details such as your phone number, budget, or travel party size, leave those fields blank. You can also avoid submitting the form altogether.

Children and updates
This site is intended for adults arranging travel. We do not intentionally ask children to submit personal information directly. Parents or guardians may choose to tell us children’s ages or travel needs to help plan a trip.
We may update this policy when our practices or services change. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest version; please review it from time to time.
